My snipe which closed at $10.50 was not even placed. I had over $100 placed on it. I was certain to get it but AUCTIONSNIPER stuffed up big time. I missed out on a very rare item. Yeh, I'm NOT HAPPY.

Hello LIQUIDNIRVANA,

Thank you for posting to the community. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't win your item, but after investigating your case, I think I see what the problem was.

You received the snipe notification, "Blocked By Seller." This is most commonly a shipping related problem. After looking at the item I see that the seller only offered shipping to The U.S. and Canada. It appears that you're in Australia, outside of the shipping zones offered, so your bid was blocked by the seller.

Auction Sniper attempted to place the bid correctly, but being blocked by the seller is beyond our control.

I hope this clears up any confusion in this matter, and I would invite you to contact Customer Support in the future to ensure a prompt response to any questions or concerns you may have.

Please feel free to contact me if I can be of any further assistance.

Thank you for continuing to be an Auction Sniper user.

Respectfully,

Steve

If that is the case WHY is their no AS reference to this fact. IN fact there is no record of the item on AS at all. Just nothing. It is as if I did not even use AS. Usually there is some indication.

Hello LIQUIDNIRVANA,

Thanks for following up on this matter.

In order to view your snipe status, you must log in to your A.S. account, go to the My Snipes page, click on "ALL" under the view snipe filters.

Then you will see the snipe with the status "Blocked By Seller." Clicking the status will take you to a page that defines snipe statuses, or you can click the item number to view the item and the shipping options offered by the seller.

You should have also received an email from A.S. notifying you that you didn't win this snipe, with the appropriate status.

Once again, I'm very sorry to hear that you didn't win this item. I have forwarded your information to Customer Support who will contact you very shortly to offer further assistance in this matter.

Thank you for your continued patronage and for being an Auction Sniper customer.

Respectfully,

Steve
