I'm set to the UK My Snipes page and I've chosen GMT as my Time Zone.

When I click on Update Prices too quickly I get "You can update your snipes' information once every 5 minutes. This feature will not be active again until 11/03/2004 01:37:17". As it's gone 9.30 in the UK this is pretty meaningless...

It is set on Ebay time, as you can see. Only means update not sooner than every five minutes. ( for anyone that doesn't know)...sure could be clearer by matching the chosen time zone on our My Snipes page!

Hmmm - Vince in support came back with the same response (are you related Mrs M?) when I logged it as a fault but I really wanted to know if they were going to fix it.

Perhaps Sara could let me know if it's down as a bug and scheduled for fixing?!

R2, I checked everywhere and no Vince!..However, if he has in money, we might want to include him! What I was saying was I THINK it is working as they expect...but, it would make more sense if it corresponded to your local time instead of PST.

He also tells me that, although they review the forum, the best way to get something fixed is to report it via the HELP tab

...and it works! It's fixed! Hooray!

Now if they can only get the Searches working.
