I just received this error message. I have been using the same userid/pw for several years.

How do I resolve this?

What time did you try to place your snipe? I assume you know the auction ended 30 minutes ago?

You might try adding another snipe later as a test, or filing a support request:
http://support.auctionsniper.com/
Also, make sure you can sign into ebay, and that there is no additional signon info needed by ebay.

Yes I placed the snipe well in adavance of the end of the auction. I even used the modify option in increase my bid a 7 or 8 minutes prior to the end of the auction. AS took my updated max bid and the screen refreshed and I saw the new update max amount. I have been using AS for several years. I logged onto EBay and AS using the exact same userid/pw to verify both systems will accept the same sign-on combination. I even went to AS preferences screen and entered the same PW in the update PW fields to ensue AS was updated correctly with the same PW.

I am seeing this error message in yellow background on (2) snipes that I have queued up with several hours prior to end of EBay auction time on my snipes page.

WARNING - Your stored username or password might be incorrect!

There is one other test, which you probably already know about, but here goes anyway: On My Snipes page, in lower right corner is, “Note: Click the Verify link to make sure Auctionsniper has your proper eBay information to place your snipes.”
What happens?

Verified eBay login information
Your account has been verified and all snipes will be properly placed.

AND: I deleted existing queued snipes and re-entered and now I am not getting the WARNING message any longer. Weird.

I've been having the same problems since early yesterday. I can hit hte button, and it says I am verified and the snipes will place - but I am getting errors when snipes go to place AND I cannot seem to link to Ebay when I click on a saved snipe.

I had deleted and reloaded all my snipes (2 pages worth) and hope this solves the problem. This seemed to begin after the site maintenence.

DANG... nope... still not fixed. I reloaded everything - and it still missed the last snipe - and shows unregistered user.. HELP!
