I have tried multiple times to add a snipe for a listing on the eBay U.S. site--it is an auction and I have verified the item number several times-----AS simply will not add it!

This is the second time this has happened over the course of the last several days.

What category is it?

Can you add another item to AS - choose one at random then delete it!?

I've seen this "trying to help them" of yours all too often. That’s why the link to AS support. But, if jebarts feels lucky, go for it.

I suspect, based on past experiences, that the problem you reported can best be resolved with the support staff.

RICK AND OTHER PARTICIPANTS. AS support picked up my post and immediately emailed me with a solution, which completely resolved the problem. The support rep had my snipe visible, but I could not see it, because I had to clear my cache by refreshing several times, logging off the site, and closing and re-opening my internet connection.

I am giving details for the benefit of anyone else who may encounter the same problem.

Thanks to you all, and especially to the great support rep who contacted me.

Good news, jebarts. The support staff is always the best place to go for support. After all, unlike the forum users, they have a vested interest in keeping you as a customer.
