Too pissed off to write. All my snipes come back "DID NOT WIN". Oh my God...they're offering free snipes for this problem. What a deal. Now I can get even more DID NOT WIN messages for FREE. WHAT A CONCEPT.

Time to find a new snipe service. No faith in Auction Sniper anymore. Good luck all !

I wouldn’t trust my ebay password to some mom-and-pop.

I'm sorry to hear that your snipes are failing. Ebay is making some changes to their "view item" page that is interfering with the way our software works and is causing an increased number of snipes to fail. Our engineering team is currently working on writing new code to accommodate for these changes and I'll be updating this forum once the new code is released.

Almost all of our snipes are still being placed successfully so it appears that eBay is just experimenting with these changes in a small subset of their items (or maybe their servers). They usually release changes incrementally starting with some really small categories and, as their confidence in those changes grows, they propagate the changes across more items.

Since all of your snipes are not being placed, I suspect you are bidding on items that eBay has applied these new changes to, in which case it will probably be a good idea until we are able to update our code to resume sniping. Those customers whose snipes are still being placed successfully likely don't have anything to worry about because we should be able to get our code updated before these changes become too widespread on eBay.
