I have been receiving two emails of all status and snipe reports. anyone else experiencing this? anyone know how to fix it?

and now I see that my snipe is being placed twice as well. that doesn't sound good. i have started a support case - hopefully this can be resolved quickly...

I also am seeing double snipes entered and I received THREE notices after the auction.

seems that his may be a bit of a problem...

still haven't heard back from tech support.......

I am getting the extra messages, plus emtpy snipe reports (notes the item number, but says nothing, AND the double snipes). I don't mind the double snipes, except maybe they give the impression I a little nervous .

Heck, as long as it program is still sniping, I am a happy camper..The rest can be worked around!

I've been getting double listings when I set a snipe, I always have to go back and delete one of them. It's been going on for a few months now.

I'm not seeing the snipe here at AS twice, but my bid is being placed twice on ebay. it certainly does make us look a bit trigger happy.....

I received a double report too, and my snipe was indeed placed twice.

I tried to fill in the support page but that failed. When I clicked the submit button, the next page was not found.

I've started getting the double notices today as well - first time though.

My doubles are gone, but I am getting auction reports that show the entire HTML process, instead of a readable message. If I did through the HTML code, I can figure out what they wanted to say though
