The Import Wizard does not seem to be working correctly, or at all. I have repeatedly tried tonight, over the course of several hours, and each time after a few minutes of waiting the response I get is:
"An Error Occurred
There was an error with the requested page. Please try again in several minutes."

Last night I got this same result several times using Firefox 3.0x (not sure which) and got the same error several times, but eventually it worked (at least twice). Tonight I had been using IE, but I just tried Firefox and it didn't work either.

Is anyone else having these problems now? Last I see in these forums is that the problem was resolved, almost a month ago.

I already asked support, but they haven't replied (which I don't fault them for, it is Sunday night and not an urgent problem), so I thought I'd ask in here.

I've been having nothing but problems for the last 3 months getting the important wizrd to appear and to import my bids.

Inevitably I'm not using Auctionsniper as much as I had and I'm looking for another service.

This is a well known problem that should heave been resolve a long time ago. It is indicative of the lack of tech skills at this site.
