We were getting outbid by the "increment" just before auctions were ending, and now I know why. Check out these last three items:

Item number: 270249223078
Our snipe: Jun-26-08 15:05:07 PDT
Auction end: Jun-26-08 15:06:27 PDT

Item number: 250262808287
Our snipe: Jun-26-08 15:04:39 PDT
Auction end: Jun-26-08 15:05:59 PDT

Item number: 250262808209
Our snipe: Jun-26-08 15:04:38 PDT
Auction end: Jun-26-08 15:05:44 PDT

That's as far back as I checked, but I'll bet there are dozens more today -- if not other days. All this on the heels of a day+ long outage Wednesday, when we didn't get any bids placed whatsoever.

What is up, and what is AuctionSniper going to do about it?

So why have a "support" category in your forum if we have to go somewhere else in order to tell them the same thing?

Again I ask, why have a "support" category in a forum if those seeking support are going to be directed somewhere else?

'cos this is a forum where members can receive support from other members. There is a formal system for logging support calls under the Help button. Try that and let us know what they say.

And ask them about this:

No one (members) really knows. They use to, and then one day, poof, they stopped.
