Today and last night, I have been unable to access my snipes. The following message is displayed:
"An Error Occurred
There was an error with the requested page. Please try again in several minutes." Is there a general problem, or is this something to do with me?

While the Auction Sniper website is not down for most customers, we are receiving reports from a small subset of our customers that error messages are being generated when some users try to access the site. Our technical team is currently investigating this issue and we will have it resolved as soon as possible.

I will post further updates on this situation to this thread as additional information becomes available. Thanks for understanding.

Hi Mike, Further to your last post, as I opened this topic, I can confirm that I can access my snipes OK again now. Many thanks for your help.

Having trouble here as well. Also, just changed my ebay password and AS is not accepting it. What to do. Thanks.

Having trouble getting AS to a) import from my eBay "Watching" list; and b) import my Wins from eBay.

I too can't get import wizard to show any of my watched items
