auction sniper did not only stop bidding in the bidgroup after 2 of 2 wins as i selected. this is probably due to the timeout problem they had today. but the auctionsniper people did also remove all the items from the wins page; which would have been the only prove (the items would be related to the bidgroup!) for me that i did handle it appropriate.
does anybody know what to do in this case - because i lost 200 bucks through this failure!
any help is very welcome.

You could try contacting the seller and see if you can work out some arrangement. Perhaps if you pay their ebay fees, and a little something for their time?

Also, you'll want to contact AS and have them not bill you for the snipe.

Ok, I found your other account.

You opted to win 2 items.

Click the "Manage Folders" button.

You will then see your bid group and it will say wins: "2 of 2"

Thus you incorrectly selected that you wanted to win 2 items when you created the bid group. And that is why it won 2 items.

Nope, I checked. 2 won, then the rest were cancelled.

I think all Sara edited out was the OP's email address.

I took out that persons email address so they dont get 6 billion spams then come back saying we sold their email address and crud like that!

Unless you want to get 6 billion spams on how to get rich on eBay dont put your email address on public message boards related to eBay

No problem, I just thought it might have been something in her message itself that was edited. I found the original message quite confusing. I understand about not posting email addresses and appreciate that you delete them.
