Now i'm guessing that even though an auction has fallen through, actualy because Ebay told me not to deal with someone and have actualy non-registered the user, that beacuse the snipe won, i'll be charged ???

Or is there some money back guarentee out there ?

Can't say i'd be too peved if there wasn't, just i'd take advantage (corectly) if there was.

p.s. Generaly a damn good service, now if i could only stop everyone else bidding on things i want

As they don't work for AS I don't think that the baby dog grower can categorically state that you 'will' get your snipe back but AS 'might' credit you under the circumstances! Just ask nicely

Usually you'd need to leave a negative or neutral feedback. If the person got kicked off eBay I'm not sure you can though. File a support case and we'll take care of you.
