For some reason my account reverted to the "three free snipes" recently. But every time I won a snipe it took the amount out of my account balance. Today it said I was out of "free snipes" and I noticed that my account balance had been used up. So I went to Paypal and added another $5.00 to my account. Now when I go to my account page it shows the $5.00 Paypal transfer but it didn't show up in my account balance and it keeps telling me I am out of free snipes and asking me to "upgrade" my account. I'm really frustrated because there is an auction ending at 5:00 a.m. Pacific time that I want to bid on.

Don't worry too much. It should work out. When AS changed the "Balance" page, it messed me all up. Too confusing. I accidently stumbled across the "old" page - it's there somewhere - and discovered that the snipes that the "new" balance page said weren't paid for, WERE paid for. I wish they'd bring back the old page - it was easier to understand, or I wish I could figure out how I got to the old page.
