After a number of failures to bid on items this week-end, I have now tried to place some new snipes, BUT the system doesn't let me cancel some.

Following message is displayed :

" An Error Occurred
There was an error with the requested page. Please try again in several minutes. "

I have been trying to cancel for at least one hour now. And won't be able to attempt again before it is too late.

You can change your ebay password, which will block AS from sniping. Not an elegant solution, but still a solution.

Is this function (not being able to cancel) going to be fixed soon?

The support staff hasn't said. They appear to be keeping the "forum" users informed thru this link:

I hope the problem will be fixed soon... but more that a "few minutes" have passed, and I still can't cancel. Guess I'll end up having to change my Ebay password.... sigh

Thanks for your help in bringing this issue to our attention. I just received word from our technical team that the issue described in this thread has just been resolved, so you should now be able to cancel any snipes that are currently scheduled in your accounts.
