Skyleebug, at the top of this page you'll see a blue tab "Help". Click on that, and scroll down the resulting page to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section. There's a topic header there that takes you directly to a layout explaining AS charges (they're cheap!).

On the Join tab just below the word join click "How much?"

On the Products tab just below the word Proudcts click "How much?"

On the Help tab just below the word Help click "Payment details"

On the Help tab the 3rd major link in the Frequentyly asked questions section is: "Pricing and Payment Details"
