for the last four or five days I am unable to use the import wizard to upload items I have saved in eBay watched the item‘s. If I click import wizard it goes to this page http://www.auctionsniper.com/ImportWizard.aspx

Showing for selection buttons, 2-Import Snipes, 2-refresh list, if I click any of these buttons it automatically goes back to the same screen without any data.

If I click on the Refresh Snipes I get the following message:
"You have no items to import at this time"


Import wizard will no longer go too by eBay watched the item‘s and upload him into auction sniper. All qualified this by saying 1 in 20-30 attempts will open and upload my watched items.

Hi wdcherrington,

We've received a number of support requests of this nature from other customers and, based on our investigation, it appears the watch importing functionality is not working for some of our customers because eBay placed a "captcha" block on one of our servers. As a result, customers who hit this particular web server while logging into their Auction Sniper accounts cannot currently import their watches. At this point, I anticipate this problem will be resolved later this afternoon.

In the mean time, as a workaround, I recommend accessing the Auction Sniper website by clicking the following link: http://209.142.29.168. By logging into your account using this link, you can avoid the possibility of hitting the server that is currently blocked from importing watches and therefore should be able to use the watch import functionality within your Auction Sniper account effectively.

I am having the same problem, which has been ongoing for many weeks now. I have also tried using the new link posted above and the same thing happens.

Hi roadwarrior,

Since you are still unable to import your watches when logged in through the link provided in my previous response, it seems most likely that you are using the BETA version of the new "My eBay" page. If this is the case, in order to use the watch importing functionality within your Auction Sniper account once again, you will need to revert to the standard version of the "My eBay" page.

If you are using the standard version of the "My eBay" page and you are still unable to import your watches, please file a support request using the appropriate link at the bottom of our help page: http://www.auctionsniper.com/help.aspx
