Looking for Complete all-episode Science fiction TV series on DVD.

There are so many - everything from Batman in the 1960's to Heroes in 2009. Please advise what you have, and what format.

The only exception to the rule is Star Trek - tho am interested in all episodes of TOS The Original Series, am only interested in selected episodes of all the others.

Prefer Region 0 (or Region 2) if at all possible.
