Most of the motorcycle parts on ebay motors are from tear downs and for older bikes. They don't apply to people who are looking for new gadgets and accessories. The scooter parts are the same way but there is no one out there selling anything for scooter.

I sell vespa new parts, but only in the fall and winter because it is too slow to put them on during the summer season. Guess the other sellers feel the same way. Keep looking, though, because some should be going back on for you very soon. I know my son has bought a lot of Honda parts new for his on line
