Sometimes American sellers forget that 'civilisation' extends beyond their borders so email the seller and tell them that you can pay in US dollars via PayPal and ask them if they'll consider selling to you and you might just be able to convince them...
BTW - you may have noticed a little flurry of "Welcome to the Forum" messages - it seems strange and unnecessary at first but you'll get used to it!

IMOHO being friendly and welcoming is very necessary and I think appreciated by most. And you will get used to R2 as well.

Thank you one and all! I contacted one of the sellers of the Dinosaur Mountain who had initially posted U.S. only - and he agreed to ship into Canada if I picked up the extra charge. NO PROBLEM! And guess what? After reading this forum about sniper tips - i.e. putting in an odd amount to maximum bid, I WON it! And I also won it for WAYYY below what I had been prepared to pay for it. I got it for about $20 U.S. and I was so desperate for it, I was prepared to go three times that figure.
Oh goodness, this made my week!
